Help! My Book Was Damaged/Misprinted
If you've had any issues with damaged or misprinted books then this update is for you. DrivethruRPG includes their own order support, and will do their best to resolve any issues you may have had with the print service.
Customer Support Contact Info
This article from DriveThruRPG details the information you'll need to gather, and who to contact. Primarily you'll need your order number (which should be on the shipping slip in your package), and the printing batch number which is printed in the book itself (check the link for detailed instructions). Armed with that information you can contact DTRPG and they will work with you to resolve the problems.
