Back from Gencon, and (hopefully) final print proofs are on the way!

Back from GenCon

Well we had a great time showing off the adventure at GenCon, and running it for some fine folks. Much adventure was hand, a lot of narrow escapes and we can genuinely say that no two games were alike. Many of you may have actually gotten assistance from our editor Jess as she began expanding her "manage our nerd CEO" duties to "manage this flock o'  loveable nerds" to help everybody find their games and tables. Now you know why we say this project would not have been such a success without her!

Project Status

Speaking of success: GenCon was also the final test of the print proofs, and in using it our own hands in live games one we DID find a couple of small things we just weren't satisfied with. One typo in the cards where an ability had the wrong text, and one image in the book causing text to be imperfect due to some transparency issues. We've resolved both of these, and now just wait the final proofs to come in before we ship out the rewards! 

Potential Twitch AMA Livestream

We're considering an AMA session on twitch next week with our CEO Ian Small and our Editor Jess if we can wrangle them away from their busy schedules. More details on that coming soon. If you have any interest on that leave a comment and let us know what you think!

Locking your shipping address!

This is it! We’re finally getting ready to ship! We're just checking the last proofs to make sure that the prints come out correctly, then shipping will begin.

We will locking shipping addresses soon. That means you have two days to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey.

If you need to review your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://tksa1.backerkit.com.

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, you can still fill it out to get your rewards, but your shipment may be delayed.

We’re currently aiming to ship rewards August(Next Month!). If you need to change your shipping address, please make the changes in your BackerKit survey in the next two days.

Awaiting Book and Card Print Proofs

We're wrapping up the project, the layout has been finalized and the printer is reviewing the documents before we can order proofs. 

We should be just about ready to ship within a couple of weeks. Any backers who've paid for shipping should make sure their addresses are all up to date. We're currently hoping to start shipping before the end of the month, but with GenCon orders the printers are slower than normal.

We still expect to make it before the end of the month, but at this point it's largely in the hands of the print process gods. We can only hope our ritual chanting in the dark beckons the deamons of the presses to work ever faster.

Now is the time to double check that backerkit has all your information, and your payment has gone through successfully. There are still a few holdouts who have not yet completed the surveys. Once the campaign closes getting your rewards is going to be much more difficult, so double check now!

Heads Up - Charging Credit Cards for BackerKit Orders

Just wanted to give you a little heads up that we plan to charge cards for add-on items you purchased or any additional funds you may owe through BackerKit on July 1st. Make sure that you have the correct card information on file. If any issues arise with your payment you’ll receive an email letting you know to correct your payment information.

Last call for order updates!

 The last day to make final updates to your order is June 31st. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the June 31st order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.
